About Us
The Climate Awareness Project is a collaborative whose mission it is to help educate audiences about the implications of climate change, from those who know little about the subject, to those who are well informed. The goal is to provide people and communities with clear, factual, and practical information that they can use to create positive change. Multisector content, research, production, and distribution partners include those from the public health, academic, environmental, broadcasting and media communities, all of whom have an interest in gaining and enhancing broad based public support for proactive measures to prevent, mitigate and adapt to climate change.
Founding Partners
Founding partners include Scenic Hudson, one of the Hudson Valley’s and our nation’s leading environmental organizations, Radio Woodstock, a globally recognized and independent broadcasting and entertainment company, and M1 Communications, a small independent media company dedicated to advancing community and global health, health equity, resilience, and sustainability.
